Curried Squid Curry Recipe

Material:
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 kg squid
  • 1 liter of coconut milk from coconuts 1.5 
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder (ready to buy)

     Seasonings:
  • 8 cloves shallots
  • 2 red chilies
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4sendok pepper tea
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed 
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 4 cm galangal, crushed
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

     Method:
  1. First clean the squid
  2. Heat cooking oil, saute the crushed spices and curry spices until fragrant.
  3. Enter the squid, fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon grass, lime leaves, galangal bay leaf, salt and pepper.
  4. Enter the coconut milk, cooked squid and cook until sauce thickens.
