Fish Cauliflower

Ingredients:
  • 100 grams carrots, cut in oblique
  • 300 g fillet of snapper, cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 100 grams cauliflower, cut in florets
  • 60 grams green peppers, diced in
  • 150 ml of water / chicken stock

Seasonings:
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped in
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 50 g onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sugar

How to Make a meal of fish cah cauliflower:
  1. First heat the oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the fish pieces and cook until the fish change color.
  2. Pour water / chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, pepper and lime juice. Cook until water boils. Then add carrots, cauliflower and peppers. Cook, stirring, stirring until all ingredients cooked. Then remove from heat. Pour into serving dish and serve.
  
note: Fish can be substituted shrimp or squid. Use high heat when cooking this dish for cooked vegetables, but the color still looks fresh.
