Bakwan Vegetables

Bakwan Vegetables

Material:
2 large red chilies, seeded, roughly chopped
100 g young green beans, sliced
laterally
100 g carrots, finely crushed
100 g cabbage leaves, thinly sliced
oil for frying

Dough:
200 g wheat flour
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 egg
150 ml water
1 tsp grated garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda

Method:

  • Dough: Mix all ingredients until smooth. 
  • Enter the vegetables, stirring until blended. 
  • Spoon dough with a ladle. Fry each spoon in hot oil and more until golden brown. 
  • Remove and drain.
Serve warm.
For 10 pieces
