Green Tea Ice Cream Recipe


Materials needed for Green Tea Ice Cream:
  • 2 tsp gelatine
  • 750 ml of fresh soy milk
  • 65 ml apple juice
  • 2 tsp macha (green tea) 
  • 100 ml honey

How to Make Green Tea Ice Cream: 
  1. Dissolve gelatin in apple juice that has been in dilute, then let stand for 10 minutes and stir until dissolved.
  2. Mix soy milk with honey over low heat. Lift, then mixed with gelatin and green tea, stirring until dissolved. and chill.
  3. Store in refrigerator for 4 hours, remove and rake with a spoon, then puree with mikser and save it back in the refrigerator. Do so until 3 to 4 times or until very soft texture is obtained.
  4. Serve in decorative glass serving legged and taste with a cold.
