Layer Cake

Ingredients

     * 500 grams of wheat flour
     * 300 grams sugar
     * 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
     * 1100 cc coconut milk
     * 50 cc of water suji leaf




How to make

  • Mix the flour, sugar, and salt, mix well, and enter a little coconut milk, stirring constantly until the dough becomes smooth, divided into 2 parts.
  • Take 1 portion dough, add suji leaf water, stir well, then set aside the dough.
  • Prepare a baking sheet size 15 cm x 15 cm, spread with a little oil, then insert it into the steamer pot where the water is boiling.
  • Pour 50 cc of white dough, steamed until frozen, then pour in 50 cc of green dough on top, steamed until frozen, repeat until consumables. 
  • Steam until cooked for 1 hour, remove, let cool, then cut into pieces and serve.
