Sus Cake Recipe

Leather Material:

  • 125 g margarine 
  • 125 g cake flour / seal blue triangle 
  • 4 eggs chicken
  •  250 ml water
  •  ¼ teaspoon baking powder 
  • ½ tsp fine salt



Vla Ingredients:

  • 300 ml of fresh liquid milk 
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 2 tbsp plain flour 
  • 75 g sugar 
  • 2 egg yolks 
  • 1 tablespoon butter 
  • ¼ mister vanilla paste 
  • 1 tablespoon rum 
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Skin: Boil water, margarine and salt. Boil until boiling. Enter the flour and cook, stirring constantly until mixture forms a thick, slick, smooth not sticky in the pan. Lift. 
  2. Once the batter is lukewarm luke warm, add baking powder and eggs one by one while dimixer or stirring with a wooden spoon until well blended. 
  3. Pour batter into a plastic triangle / piping bag filled with sepuit star. Spray the dough on a baking sheet beroles margarine. 
  4. Bake the dough in the oven temperature to 200oC fluffy cakes, cooked and golden brown. Lift. 
  5. Cut the cake, fill it with custard filling. Arrange in a serving dish. Serve. 
  6. Vla: Dissolve the cornstarch, flour, sugar and salt with fresh liquid milk. Cook until boiling, thickened and cooked. Lift. While hot, add butter, vanilla, egg yolks and rum. Mix well. Chill. Vla ready for use.

For 15 Fruit

Tip: Do not enter the egg when the dough is still above the fireplace or the dough is still hot. As a result, the dough will not expand because the egg to ripen. Enter the egg when the dough has been lukewarm.

Do not open the oven when the dough is firm yet fluffy and perfect. Temperature changes drastically when the oven is opened will cause the dough down and sodden.
