Snow Cake Recipes



   
Ingredients:

     * 250 gr unsalted butter, freeze
     * 100 gr caster sugar
     * 200 g cashew nuts, roasted, mashed
     * 250 gr flour
     * 150 gr sugar powder u / dg topping mix 1 / 2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

     * Beat butter and sugar until pale, add cashew nuts, and flour and stir well.
     * rounded dough, store in refrigerator 30 minutes.
     * crescent shape, set diloyang, panggan approximately 20 minutes (temperature 160'c)
     * roll into powdered sugar.
