Makroni Croquette Recipe

Makroni croquette recipe
 

Material:
 4 tablespoons unsalted butter1 piece of onion chopped
4 tablespoons flour
350 ml of liquid milk
50 grams of cheddar cheese, finely grated
50 grams of elbow macaroni, boiled, drained
½ teaspoon salt
½ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
100 grams of cheddar cheese melted quickly, cut into 1 × 3 cm
Oil for frying
Salut Material:
50 grams of multi-purpose flour
1 chicken eggs, beaten off
100 grams of coarse bread crumbs

Directions:

Heat the butter, saute onion, add flour, stirring rapidly until blended.
Reduce the heat, pour the milk gradually, stirring constantly until blended
Add cheese, macaroni, salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir, and cook until done. Remove and let cool
Take 2 tablespoons of batter macaroni, content with one slice of cheese, oval shape. Do it until all consumables
Balut every macaroni filled with flour, dip into egg and then roll into bread crumbs until evenly dressed. Do it until all the macaroni fill out
Fry croquettes in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain
Serve warm.
