Caramel Pudding Recipe

Material:
5 btr eggs
125gr sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional)
500ml fresh milk
¼ tsp Vanilla

Caramel:
175 grams sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons water

How to Make:

  • Caramel: jerangkan sugar over the fire until the liquid and browned, add water and lemon juice, remove from the heat. Pour into molds. Cool. 
  • Mix all other ingredients, stirring until dissolved, then strain into a mold containing caramel-me earlier. 
  • Steam until cooked.  
  • Remove, let cool. Serve.
