Green Tea Pudding

 MATERIALS:
1 quart water
175 grams granulated sugar
10 grams of green tea powder
1 packet (7 g), agar-agar powder white
5 tablespoons heavy cream
5 tablespoons of liquid milk

for Sauce:
  • Heavy cream, ready-made
  • Toasted almonds, chopped
HOW TO MAKE:
  • Prepare 6 cup size 150 ml serving, sprinkle the water. Drain. Set aside.
  • Mix water, sugar, green tea powder, and gelatin, jerang over medium heat while stirring, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour the heavy cream and milk and stir well.
  • Pour into a serving bowl, let stand until hardened. Store in refrigerator. Remove from bowl food will be served shortly.
  • Serve with a complement.
*) powdered green tea: Green tea powder in cans. Usually sold in Japanese grocery stores and Chinese. If not in powder form, can be used green tea leaves are crushed in a grinder to a powder.
