1 quart water
175 grams granulated sugar
10 grams of green tea powder
1 packet (7 g), agar-agar powder white
5 tablespoons heavy cream
5 tablespoons of liquid milk
for Sauce:
- Heavy cream, ready-made
- Toasted almonds, chopped
- Prepare 6 cup size 150 ml serving, sprinkle the water. Drain. Set aside.
