Parang Waffles Pumpkin Cake Recipe

For materials:
  • Baking soda 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour 150 grams
  • Cinnamon powder 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Baking Power 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg powder 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • 3 tablespoons palm sugar
  • Pumpkin machetes 250 grams (steamed and mashed)
  • Milk 180 ml liquid
  • Butter, 100 grams of melted
  • Egg yolks 2 pieces
  • Egg white 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter to spread

For the sauce ingredients:
  • 75 ml Maple Syrup (syrup from maple trees)
  • Butter strawberries 100 ml.
