Pandan Cake Recipe

Material:
- Wheat Flour 175 gr
- Refined sugar 175 gr
- Eggs 6 eggs
- Vegetable oil 50 cc
- thick coconut milk 100 cc
- Essence of pandanus 1 st or 1 tablespoon pandan leaf water suji
- Milk powder 1 st
- Baking powder 1 / 2 st

How to make:

  • Mix the flour, milk powder and baking powder. Sift and set aside. 
  • Mix vegetable oil with pandanus essence, stir and set aside. 
  • Beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy and pale in color using high-speed mikser. Reduce speed and add flour mixture mikser a little while continuing to be shaken. 
  • Enter sdikit thick coconut milk gradually. Finally enter confuse vegetable oil and pandan essence. 
  • Pour batter into a baking dish that has been dioles butter and sprinkled with a little flour 
  • Bake in the oven with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for approximately 45 minutes.
