Recipe Baked Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 kg of white potatoes or small red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to temperature 200 degrees Celsius less kebih.
  2. Peel potatoes and cut potatoes into two or four parts, and place in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir until the potatoes are completely coated.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to the pan and arrange in a row. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until browned and crisp colored. Turn each slice potatoes using splatula twice during baking to ensure evenly cooked.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Sprinkle parsley and season to taste. Serve while hot.
