- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 kg of white potatoes or small red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Method:
- Preheat oven to temperature 200 degrees Celsius less kebih.
- Peel potatoes and cut potatoes into two or four parts, and place in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir until the potatoes are completely coated.
- Transfer the potatoes to the pan and arrange in a row. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until browned and crisp colored. Turn each slice potatoes using splatula twice during baking to ensure evenly cooked.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven. Sprinkle parsley and season to taste. Serve while hot.
