Fried Noodle

Material:
  • Vermicelli, cooked according to directions on package 
  • Cabbage leaves, sliced ​​& layukan with a little oil
  • A piece of chicken breast, season salt and lime juice coat, let stand, soaked with a little water until soft, sliced​​. 
  • Celery, sliced 
  • Cayenne pepper 
  • Mixed oil margarine to taste tuk sautéing

Seasonings and Complement:

     Subtle Seasonings:
     Garlic
     Whole pepper
     Roasted hazelnut
     Dried shrimp soaked in hot water
     Salt to taste

     Sauce:
     Soy sauce, tomato sauce

     Complement:
     Fried onions
     Peanut sauce

Directions:

  1. Stir fry until fragrant spices mashed, add a little hot water and stir well. 
  2. Season & tomato sauce sweet soy sauce, stir, add sliced ​​chicken, cabbage & celery leaves, saute briefly. 
  3. Add noodles, stirring until all ingredients well blended, taste and continue cooking until all the material hot enough. eat warm with complement.
