Green Banana Ice


Material:

     * 6 pieces Plantains large (steamed with the skin)
     * 150 gr rice flour
     * 50 g flour
     * 50 gr sago flour farmer
     * Salt to taste
     * 80 g sugar
     * 200 ml coconut water kara + 225
     * Syrup cocopandan
     * 3s serut
     * 12 + 12 pandan leaves suji leaves, cut into small pieces, blender with 50 ml of water, wring it out, take the water

Sauce:

     * 200 ml coconut milk + 100 ml water kara
     * 75 g sugar
     * ½ tablespoons rice flour
     * 2 pandan leaves LBR

Directions:

  • Mix the rice flour, wheat, sugar, coconut milk and water suji leaf. Steam for 15 minutes. Adoptive leave somewhat warm.
  • Knead dough until well blended.
  • Put on plastic and tipiskan with a rolling pin.
  • Peel the bananas and bugkus with the dough and shape like a banana skin, steamed until cooked.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients, cook until boiling.
