Omellet Spanish Recipes

Materials to make prescription spain omellet:
  • 5 grains Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 110 grams (half point) Onions
  • 280 grams of potatoes
  • 140 grams (1 piece) of the Tomato
  • 1 cup peas
  • Salt and pepper

Method:
  1. Cut potatoes in half and slice as thinly as possible.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the slices of potatoes and a mixture of flat
  3. Peel onion, cut into two pieces and finely chopped
  4. Roughly chop the tomatoes with a sharp knife to avoid pressing tomatoes (so as not fill out)
  5. Add two tablespoons or to taste olive oil to the griddle.
  6. When hot, add potatoes, turning until it is evenly cooked but not brown for 5 minutes.

  8. Mix eggs and vegetables in another container and mix until fluffy eggs.
  9. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil into a pan and heat up to maximum.
  10. Wait one minute to heat the pan then pour the eggs and vegetables to the pan flat. Lower the heat stove.
  11. When almost no liquid on the surface of the omelet, omelets by putting behind the plate on the pan. then input back into the omelet pan on the side of the immature.
  12. Let the omelet cook for another 5 minutes.
  13. Prepared omelet served.
