Mocca Cake Recipe Cat Tongue

 
Material:
  •  250 gr Butter
  •  175 grams of refined sugar
  • 75 cc egg white 
  • 250 grams of wheat flour proteins are being
  • 1 tablespoon pasta Mocca 
  • Baking powder ¼ gr
  • ½ tsp Emplex (perenyah pastries, optional)

How to Make:

  1. Beat butter, sugar, and mocca pasta until very fluffy. 
  2. Pour egg whites, continue beating, then put the flour and baking powder, and blend with a low speed until blended. 
  3. Polishing pan with butter and then syringe the batter forms a finger straight. 
  4. Bake in a hot fire of 1500 C for ± 20 minutes.
