Carrot Cake


Materials needed:

     * 7 eggs
     * 150 granulated sugar
     * 1 tsp SP
     * 150 gr flour
     * 50 g full cream milk powder
     * 100 g carrots, finely grated (I use grated cheese)
     * 150 g margarine or butter

     * Method:
     * Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and thick sp.
     * Enter the carrots alternately with the flour (mix together the flour before the milk d) use a mixer at low spit.
     * Enter the margarine, stir with a spatula.
     * insert pan size 20x20x7
     * oven until done with a temperature of 170 degrees, + / - 40 min.

Tips:

     * should be preheated oven so that when the cake into the desired temperature is ready.
     * oles Cover pan with margarine and bottom denagn baking sheet, supayamudah remove cake from pan.
     * if you want to make carrot cake decoration, insert it into the pan size 24 × 24 x3. Once cool cut into 36 pieces, decorated with melted chocolate toping or butter cream and grated cheese.
